What does At-Large mean in an election?
A candidate can represent the district in which they live or the entire city. An “At-Large” candidate represents the entire city. A candidate running for a specific district only represents the district in which they live.
Who can vote for Noblesville Common Council “At-Large” candidates?
Anyone who lives in the Noblesville City limits. There are no district limits. You can vote for a candidate in your district plus an “at-large” candidate that will serve the entirety of Noblesville.
